Indonesian shadow puppets

Before the lamp, only a shadow of scraped hide is standing. Horns become arabesques. Wings are sewn with gold thread. The hand on the rod is like a puppeteer's hand. The folds of the curtain match on the left and the right. Put the lamp out, and the outline of the shadow stays on the card, darker than the lamp was. Reach out because it is only a shadow, and from the back of the hide a thin rod is passed into your fingers.
